Secret Fairy Hangout

I was looking for community lots recently and came across a fairy hangout type lot, and that got me thinking of something I'd like to create! I thought it would be cool to make a fantasy 'secret' fairy hangout. When making it in the form of an island, it can fit in any world. With it so far from the main world, it doesn't have to look out of place. But it is certainly secret all the way over there.What is that? Some sims can think. But the fairies know better!

This lot is intended for fairies to hang out at, but it would also be a great place for witches to hang out. It has a small garden with ITF crystals, as well as one of each (plus a few extra) supernatural plants.

The basement has a quiet reading area with a fairy castle. And for the witches, the basement has an alchemy room.

So that your sims can get to this island quickly, I added the LLAMA in its own room.

This lot is also good for your fishing sim. The pond around the fae rae arboretum is stocked with fish (with no plants in a few areas for easy access), and I even added some fish in some of the ocean. I didn't add them everywhere, just where my sim was able to route (since the edges are of course lined with uneven terrain).

Some of the basement, as you can see is empty. I figured, maybe you have some more of the magic store content, so you could easily expand the alchemy room to add in those items with little effort. If you don't have anything else, you can simply delete the used section of the basement.

I was even thinking of adding in little islands (with other lots) in front of the island (like maybe some more rocky ones, a few with palm trees like from the world I'm playing in) to hide it better. They're pretty simple little add-ons.

*I doubt the mod is needed for the flowers to show up in the game. The mod just unlocks them to be buyable in buydebug. Since it exists in the game without a mod, I don't think you need this mod. If it shows up for you fine without the mod, please let us/me know in the comments.

Someone on one of my recent houses (thanks fairycake89!) reccomended I require more EP's than I have currently done for my houses. Instead of 'mostly needed' I will list it as required, if you want it to be mostly the same. But I will still try to list everything needed in the 'less needed' and minor ep's sections, I will just consider the 'less needed' ep's to be required. Hope that's good for you all!

NOTES**the water in my game is super light because of the world I'm playing in, just so you all know.
*If you wish to edit the lot, the grass is hidden springs green grass.
*Play-tested. Everything should be accessible and rout-able (aside from most of the rocky cliffs edging the island, aside from what I previously mentioned). The ladder/basement is accessible too without routing errors.
*to place this lot, take a 64X64 lot and place it in the water somewhere. I recommend placing it in a remote area away from your world.
