Rocker's Modern Mansion (for a band)

I wanted to make something a little different this time. I probably say that a lot, but I guess it's often true. I doubt that anyone's made something like this before, and if someone did, I'd be interested to see it (though I'm sure no one has). This house has a large performance area. So your sim's band can live in this mansion. You could change out the stage a little as well and a sim with a showtime profession could perform instead if you preferred. They can throw parties, and perform in a large performance room! There's even a get ready/makeover/tanning room right next to the performance room!

If your sim doesn't want to live with his bandmates, you could definitely change the rooms out and have a family live here. If you don't want the performance room, I also initially made the performance room into an indoor pool. So then you could place playground stuff outside instead of the pool.





This lot was made with having four adult sims living here. There is also an extra bedroom (so 5 bedrooms altogether) in the basement intended for a butler.

There is a lot of room in the basement (or first floor) if you'd like another room of some sort as well . I like the look of the garage... I thought it would look interesting to make it partially diagonal. I hope you like it as well. I wanted to make a unique entrance, as I've never made a home where your sims will have to go directly up the stairs (well, to leave the basement). So it brings it a big stairs look.
