One of my favorite builds from TS2 is Casa Maritimo . I loved playing this house and the CC I needed to recreate it has been arriving almost daily. I'm only lacking some nice fencing and half-walls (Grrr) so had to build it in stone rather than brick but it feels just like the original in gameplay. No longer a couple blocks away from the beach, it's now a desert retreat , hence the name change.



Here is a link to my inspiration. If you take a moment to browse, you will see the decor of this lot is a recreation of the original so there's a lot of CC. If you want to take some of it out, the game will remove the items from the lot for you. I've tested this in my own game without problems so there's no longer a reason to post an unfurnished version.




Inside the 7zip you will find files with extensions .bpi, .blueprint and .trayitem These go in your Tray folder. Place the lot from inside the lot in build mode with bb.moveobjects on .
