The park has a river (well, a fishing spot looking like a river) and the landscaping follows the curves. It is a place for the whole family. it offers a barbeque, a swing, chess, natural beauty and, of course, fishing.

It is a huge lot, 60 X 50, and is worth 147,090 Simoleons.
