The house, built for the application round of the Community Spirit competition, was to suit a young married couple with a baby on the way.

No cc is included. The house has 2 bedrooms, one is a small nursery as required by the competition.


It was really fun to take part in this competition.

Since I have the UC, you will need all expansion and stuff packs to use this house in your game.
