This is a shoppingcenter at ground level, with 17 apartments for NPC's and a 2 floor high apartment for an active Sims family. It's mainly for world builders, but if you're a player with ambitiions, it might just be what you need.



This lot is only Basegame and LateNight, no CC. I have used some hopefully nice colors to give it some warmth, and make you feel at home. The house has staircases, but it's likely to take hours to use them instead of the elevators. The elevators works nicely in testing.



1.The shoppingcenter facing the street has not been decorated, it's all up to you what kind of shops you would like here. Because of the cfe decoration at the front I have already devided it up into smaller shops for you. The front shops has doors facing the street, away from the enclosed backyard for the tenants.

2.The backside of the ground floor is facing the enclosed backyard. I have made a diningarea with a bbq, cinema, a bar, a kids playroom for some kids fun, a gamesroom with a piano, musical instruments, fireplace, shuffleboard, seating and a couple of chesstables. One diagonal room has not been decorated.

3.The garden has a big pool, hottub, fireplace, deckchairs and diningarea.



Zoning: residential. Can be made into community building for someone to own, in that case you might want to change the NPC apartments into something else. The active apartment can then be used by the owner of the lot.



Above is the NPC apartments with showers and toilets, there is no laundry in this house as I haven't used Ambitions Exp. On the right side is the main floor of the active Sims apartment. It has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside space with the view you provide it with, along with an open plan main floor and study/playroom on the upper floor.

Warning: This lot has a problem with floating floortiles . If you know what I'm talking about, you just have to decide if it's worth the potential comments from downloaders. The reason for the problem is a miss from me. I must have painted the ceilings on dummy levels I made with the constrainfloorelevation false cheat, in this house. I should have not done that. I hope my next project of this kind will be more to the standard I like to keep. It should still be mainly on the dummy floors of this house with any luck.

After kicking out my tester Una, the price of the active apartment drops significantly. I have listed both prices.
