Park Manor Apartments was built in Bigger Builder's Island and playtested in Sunset Valley.

This is a package file lot-Place in your library folder

This is a Late Nite type of apartment and goes on a regular residential lot Not! on an apartment type lot.



This apartment features 2NPC apartments, 1 playable apartment, a pool, parking, exercise equipment, playground, and laundry machines. The playable apartment is a 2Br, 1 Ba, 1 crib dwelling with indoor and outdoor dining.





Note-moveobjects cheats were used in this creation-keep this in mind if you make alterations. You will need to enter the following cheats(by pressing ctrl+shift+c) if you decide to make alterations outside of the playable unit: 1-Type "testingcheatsenabled true" -without quotes.2 "restictBuildBuyInBuildings off" without quotes and remember to type in "restrictBuildBuyInBuildings on" without quotes after you have finished making changes to deactivate the cheat.
