Uploaded as an ownable lot due to intending to have it used as a second lot for your sims, but can also be set as a community lot





This is a simple lot with a simple purpose. I made it mainly as a greenhouse for my new house, or for any house, or perhaps specifically a houseboat, that doesn't have room for a garden, or doesn't come with one.

It could also be used as a fishing lot (though you'd have to add spawners for this purpose, as I didn't add any), as nectar you storage if used as an ownable lot, or simply to add scenery to your world.

The basement does look a bit awkward, and I didn't fill the garden up. I added most base game plants. I didn't want to require that many SP's for this simple lot, so I left room for plants from WA, supernatural, and/or University. The main garden area may not be big enough for all of that, so you could add it to the odd long section, or to the other exposed section. You could also add a seating area if you desired. This is made so you can delete any areas you don't need. I added as much basement as a could without altering the terrain above, which is why the basement is oddly shaped.



It does have three CC flowers, but obviously that's not all that needed, so no need to download them if you don't like.
