Hi everyone! So I made this little lot not too long ago as a quick build in Isla Paradiso. I decided it share it as a fun little roadside eatery your Sims can go to to hang out or grab a quick bite on the go. The lot is set as a dive bar and the reason is because that is one of the lot types that I discovered allows the bars to serve drinks AND food as well. So now it operates like a normal eatery. The bar is tended to by an NPC but you can also hire your own bartenders if you want. There is an all in one bathroom around the back as well.

While this is just a small little build, I hope you enjoy it in your games as well. It fits perfectly into any tropical environments or if you just want to add an island type establishment to any town! Happy simming!
