The last of my contribution to the Fishmas event at Leefish.

This is a makeover of the very teeny lot in Bluewater Village.
It has been playtested and is fully functional, my test owner even got a thumbs up and a best of the
best award within the first few minutes of opening!

I have not included the books deco, if you want them you will need to get them and install BEFORE you install
the lot.
