This has been quite awhile in the making. Have hardly had any time for anything sims, or anything in general at all, as we are trying to buy a house at the moment and that has been taking up pretty much all my free time!
Think we finally have finance sorted (fingers crossed) so decided to sit down and get this finished!

This is a makeover of the big house in Pleasentview. I didnt actually have any idea on how big this house was until I looked inside, started to make it over as a residential lot for a family and decided part way that I liked the idea of apartements better. So now there are 3 apartments. All are two bedrooms one bathroom with seperate lounge, kitchen and dining and each has a little tower room and a private deck/balcony

Apartment two for an older couple, who may have the grandkids stay often

Apartment Three is for an Ikea crazy couple (or single)

And theres also a shared attic with some activities scattered around
