This is a small mediterranean style home. Was inspired by a home that is one of EA's homes in the edit town option. There is an attic that is unfurnished for you to customize as your own Home is added to a small lot for the option of moving to a larger lot if you so desire. I prefer homes on smaller lots so I can add more in the world.

Store Content used both from Roaring Heights:
Dapper Drapes Curtain
Mini Palm Tree

If you do not have the Store content or any of the expansion packs that is fine, the lot will still work.

All my homes are tested. However, I do not test by playing the home, if you find anything in the lot please leave a comment.

Thank you for all of your support!

~ENJOY~

Lot Size: 15x10
Lot Price (furnished): 50,424
Lot Price (unfurnished): 24,930
