Meaning "New Home" in Standard Arabic, this lot features 1 bedroom on the top level and 2 bathrooms - one for both floors. The home is of the compound style commonly seen in many Middle-Eastern and North African countries. This particular lot was designed as sort of transfusion between Egyptian style compound and Baghdad style compound.

The lot is sparsely furnished and is designed to be placed on a corner, next to an intersection, which is why the entrance is on the side of lot instead of in front. However, the lot can be placed anywhere really.
