Hollywood Deco

Greetings, Simmers!

I have long been a fan of Hollywood's "Golden Age" and wanted to create something that would exemplify the over-the-top lifestyle of the celebrities of the 30's and 40's. I think I have accomplished that here. I hope that you and your sim- Errol Flynn, Gary Cooper or Rita Hayworth's will enjoy this house!

This house is built on a 4x4 lot and costs 216,267 when furnished with Maxis objects

CC that is included: mesh for the 4ESF round rug (found under misc deco for 10 simoleons) 4ever Sim Fantasy closed its doors and no longer exists.
my recolors for SimArchitect's "architectural element", 4ESF rug recolors, echo rug recolors, puddle curtain recolors, bedding (all pictured)
my art deco recolor of Adele's expanded regal cabinet, the art deco doors are maxis recolors by myself, the Romanesque highsmith fence
and the gingko green cornice are also by me, art deco recolors of Raynuss' column fireplace are by me
