Hi, Everybody :howdy:
here a lot from my "Vieille France" neighborhood
Normally designed for 1kitchen, 3 room with for each 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, 1 library, 1 crypt, 1 pigeon house and the house of the gardener
it not furnished so you can designed it like you want

and fleabay for Antique Water Pump
WARNING: give some amphetamine to your PC to use this lot

By request I add a No EP version (I've deleted all EP stuff ans change by Sims2 ones)
But warning I don't have possibility of testing it in a version of game without EP
