For those of you who have the Island Paradise expansion pack I am sure you have heard of the eight mysterious uncharted islands dotted throughout the ocean. To unlock these hidden islands you must complete a series of tasks that will then grant you access to build or place lots on the islands. One particular island I have unlocked is known as "No Trouble Atoll" and is one of the bigger islands to discover. Once I had it open, I knew I had to build a property on it. And so I have decided to upload this mansion as a home you too can place on this island if you happen to discover it. It was designed specifically for this island and will not exactly work anywhere else. So if you wish to place it, It offers the challenge of unlocking the specific island Think of it as a game!

ANOTHER great feature included in this home is the addition of the boat house. This boat house will require you to place a 30x30 size lot at a 45 degree angle on the small beach area next to the pre placed 64x64 lot on the island. You can look at the images for clarification. To place the lot perfectly simple move it slowly up the beach area until it is no longer green. You should have a palm tree inside the top left grid square. The boat house should sit evenly on the terrain if you place it in this manner. If not, you can simply adjust the placement of the lot until it is smooth and even.

The layout of this home includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are lots of other grand scale rooms inside that offer upscale luxuries your Sims can enjoy. Especially if their favorite color happens to be orange

I hope you enjoy this beach lot and have fun working to unlock the island to place it on. Once you do, you can have a luxurious private island mansion to reward your effort! WHO WOULDN'T WANT THAT?

Any questions about placement I will be happy to answer if you have any issues. Numerous tests of the boathouse placement all proved perfectly successful so it should work A-OK!
