Hello again! I thought I would create another big tropical home for your Sims to enjoy, and so I did! This is Island Majesty, a grand three bedroom home in Isla Paradiso that is meant to be placed on the location of the Nautilus Laboratory site. This home was built incorporating some buildings styles I've seen in a lot of island homes mostly in Hawaii. The biggest of these is the open air double story rooms that look out into the surrounding scenery. This home actually has two areas of the home built with this feature: The main foyer, and the recreational living room on the right wing of the house. Both of these spaces are grand two story rooms with an open air wall that opens onto a balcony. In reality, the walls would be closed with large sliding doors, but Sims cant do that lol. The kitchen of this house isn't particularly large, but large enough to support a good sized family. There is also a hot tub off the living room deck and a nice pool and patio out back. The boat dock is able to hold three crafts of your choosing and there is a private beach to top it all off

Just a note: you may have to delete one tree off the island when you place the lot that seems to fall over the pool. Just delete it in edit town mode and you should good to go!
