UPDATE: With the light bamboo flooring, you may notice that the environment needs significantly drop. Here is a link to fix this issue:http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/s...ic,14722.0.html
Replacing the light bamboo flooring fixes the issue as well.
The 4th residence in my Modern Suburbia series. It has a minimalistic feel for a small family.
The house is a 2 BD 1.5 BA. The office downstairs can be turned into a bedroom as well if necessary.
This lot is being uploaded as empty with no furnishings. Landscaping however is completed.
