Today, I bring my first ever lot. This lot is based on a lot I entered in the Veronaville makeover contest that wasn't too long ago. I added more decor and did some more landscaping to make it even better. The floor plans were also changed. The house has 3 rooms upstairs and a open floor plan downstairs for a kitchen and a living room. There is also plenty of room outside and a nice driveway for your car.


A perfect size home for a small family, or 2-3 sims.
The lot has been cleaned with Clean Installer to ensure you don't get extra recolors.
