A home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a study, and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. This home with a stone exterior and tiled floors is also designed for outdoor living, with a large porch and a splash pool at the back. A neat garden that requires just a little bit of time rounds off this home' neatly. And the grass is green.
