This large plot of land was once a sprawling farm 5 times its size. After develoments around the town caused Mr.Simmerson to sell of his land, this is all thats left of a 100 acre farm. The farmhouse was built in 1920 with the barn being built shortly after. In 1930 with the birth of their chldren, the Simmersons had a large custom pool installed. In '86 there was a fire and the entire barn had to be rebuilt, which Mr. Simmerson did and made much larger. The house was sold off in 2004 after Mr. and Mrs. Simmerson passed away.



The home itself has 3 floors including the attic, and the new barn has 2 levels and a large stable. There are 7 stables for horses and 7 kennels for dogs, all located in the barn, as well as one of the bedrooms and bathrooms. There are 3 double beds, 1 single and a crib. The home features a laundry room, study, and an accessable attic.
