Surrounded by some wilderness, this modern home has enough legroom to raise a family of six, if the little ones can handle sharing the same beds together. If feeling the extra energy, they can either burn it off by dancing in front of the DJ booth or trying the ElectroDance Sphere. Of course they better not have already eaten before attempting the latter.

There are two .zip folders available. The unfurnished is simply an empty shell of the house, while the furnished means completely furnished. The unfurnished version is especially if you want to have your Sim(s) earn money legitimately and then move into the house as quickly as possible with some pocket change left for the required furniture.
