For eons, this land was thought to flourish with good luck. Nothing bad has seemed to happen around here, as in no nasty weather or even the occasional burglar, no matter how wealthy some locals might be. If one is fortuitous to claim a chunk of this paradise, they are likely to have good luck for the rest of their lives.

This lot is an Asian-style home with Zen design in most rooms. It has no CC anywhere, although I had to redo the package after discovering there was a CEP rock inside the enclosed courtyard. There are two bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms, enough to house a family of four.
