Howdy everyone! After a fun run of crazy builds such as neverending mansions, pirate ships and magic schools, I'm back with some more regular homes for your Sim's neighborhoods! And being that summer is almost upon us, what better build to share than a brand new beach home for your tropical towns!

This is Sandpiper, a four bedroom and seven bathroom home that can house a full family with ease! Painted in a warm sandy yellow, and decorated in lovely tropical flair, this home is a perfect match for your beach loving Sims! The layout is as follows:

MAIN FLOOR:

Out back you can find a large swimming pool, complete with a diving board and waterslide, a full outdoor kitchen, and a spacious patio. Lush tropical vegetation completes the scenery.
