It seems I've been on a streak of building tropical homes lately. Not that I'm complaining because the tropics are the best! Anyway, this is a residence called Crystal Reef Cove, a large home built on a beach with a rather interesting rock formation in the back. I decided to use the rock as a visual monument and extend the boat dock right under it. As for the rest of the property, this is a three bedroom residence complete with a boat house, dock, private boat launching site, and a large back patio. The colors of the home were mostly inspired by homes in Sanibel and Key West Florida, both known for having very colorful buildings. The interior is a mix of light blues, whites, and yellows giving the house a light and peaceful feeling.

I constructed this home of the site of the Hobart's Hideaway Resort as it was the perfect size with good space for the dock and beach. Your Sims can boat freely as well as swim, fish, jet ski, etc. anywhere on this lot. The back patio is also the perfect place to host a backyard pool party and then chill on the beach to watch the sunset. This was a very fun and interesting lot to build and I hope you enjoy playing it in your game as well
