One of my biggest disappointments as a creator here on MTS was my October 2015 upload "Hunt McMansion." I won't even link it here because I hate it so much, but you can search for it if you choose to do so (it's still available here on MTS). I originally built it in less than an hour and uploaded it here in a rush so I could start the story I was about to play through. The house didn't last long in my game, as less than two weeks later I ended up building another McMansion and putting it in it's place instead (Hunt McMansion 2).

I currently have an inordinate amount of free time for the moment, so I thought it was a good time to reboot the story that I had originally played through nearly two and a half years ago. In order to do that I needed to have a house that best represents the family (surname Hunt) who would live in it. While I think the second Hunt McMansion does a better job of this than the first one, I feel this third version is better than both of them and finally captures the spirit of the family.

This four bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home is actually a remodel of the original Hunt McMansion house. The shape of the house remains virtually the same save for making the left corner. Additionally, a garage replaces the carport on the right side and has been moved back a few feet. One thing I liked about the original house was that it was a pretty large space with a lot of potential, so I decided I would finally jump in and fix my mistake from so long ago. I really hope you like the result.

While this house does have two small pieces of CC, other than that it is BASE GAME ONLY.

Regarding the CC: neither bits are necessary when it comes to living in the house, but it won't look exactly as it does in the photos without these pieces. The separated shutters by alverdine (link below), and the brown roof with white trim by hatsheput. I don't know why, but the roof doesn't seem to be catching in the file. This happens to me a lot and I am not sure how to fix the problem.
