I took a break from building but I am back with another house!
I have been uploading houses continuously for the last year and a half, and this three months between houses is easily the longest I have gone without uploading. I'm not planning to upload quite as often as I used to, but who knows, maybe I'll go on a building spree.

Anyways...

Ever since The Sims 3 came out in 2009 I have always wanted to build a house that looks like it could fit perfectly in between the Landgraab and the Alto houses in Sunset Valley. I typically build one large house for that plot every year, but so far this is my favorite. It doesn't necessarily follow any specific theme or architectural style, so I guess it could be called a mcmansion. No matter how you wanna define it, this house has five bedrooms and six full bathrooms. It is also base game only.

For some reason the uploader doesn't seem to be catching the CC roof I have in the file (at least I THINK it's in the file). There is no CC other than the roof, and you can find it here: http://www.thesimsresource.com/down...trim/id/954840/ (It's really not that important, a normal EA roof looks just fine with the house honestly)

Let me know what your favorite room is! For me it's a toss up between the kitchen, office and/or the yellow bedroom.
