This home is a traditional styled home with a touch of modern interior. This home offers 1 bedroom, tiled floors, garage, fireplace, master on suite bathroom, powder room and attic.

When I was building this, I didn't know that bed was a fold out bed, so I filled it in with shelves and decorations. Your sims can still use the bed.

Known Issues:
When I build, I don't always put things where they should go to work. Here is a list of items I know your sims can't use:

Fireplace ~ Dining chair is in the way
Dining Chair ~ Fireplace is in the way
