This home features a full basement, family/formal living room in one! Laundry room, kids room, and a fully usable master walk in closet!

The basement was designed to look like it was in the process of being turned into living space. The laundry room still looks like it needs to have the walls put in and has the bare foundation as the walls. The washer and dryer also are ment to look as if they have gotten some moisture from the unfinished portion of the basement and have rust on them. The garage as well has just the foundation walls. The basement was designed more for the kids play area and their bedroom. The master suite has a full functional walk in closet!

The lot looks like it has hills but was created on a flat lot so can be placed anywhere!
