Today I have for you all a sleek and modern family home that is compact, yet spacious with all the necessities in place. The interior is very simplistic with subtle accents which I think created a nice look and feel.

There are three bedrooms (one set as a nursery), and two bathrooms (one of which is an en suite to the master bedroom and personally, my favorite room!)

The exterior is simply landscaped, as I personally don't prefer a busy outdoor area for my modern houses, but it is vibrant enough that it doesn't feel as if it is "lacking" (though perhaps your sims might want to add a few hobby items!).
