I'm finally branching into using EPs!

This home is inspired by modern urban conversions, many of which are former warehouses, banks, firehouses, etc. The first floor is open concept, with no walls to separate the living spaces, relying on furniture placement to delineate various areas. The dining area has both bartop seating at the counters as well as a live edge wood table and modern dining chairs. A bar separates the dining area from a reading area and comfortable couch with wide screen television.

Upstairs are two bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are currently set up with large double beds, but either could easily be converted into a children's room if desired. Basement entertainment spaces, which are a focal point of this house, could likewise be converted into bedrooms for those interested in growing their families. There is also ample space for craft/skill stations such as sculpting or inventing. There are multiple seating areas, two bars (first floor and basement) and two functioning hot tubs. The first floor hot tub was placed using moveobjects on and has been tested to work. Sims were unwilling to use the spa bathtubs in the zen room (basement) while other Sims were present (due to the "shoo"/privacy mechanic).

Although the ground appears to be "paved" it is technically a terrain paint. It can easily be erased or even left as is for any gardening desires.

This house requires the Late Night and Supernatural expansions and is CC free.
