Gustave Pluch is the cousin (very distant) from Gustave Eiffel... He built an unknown monument until this day and restored by his rear grandchildren : the Tower Gustave! As the Eiffel Tower there is a restaurant on the 1st floor
His descendants added a bar to the 2nd floor and an incredible point of view in the 3rd...
The whole on a group "terraces-fountains" which will delight all the visitors of this tower....
The place was lacking to them to build toilet in the tower they thus thought of building them underground by thinking that when the subway would make its appearance an exit could give directly onto this outstanding place...
