Cypress Cove is a mansion for a dynasty in making, with 2 master bedrooms, 3 childrens rooms and a nursery.
It has everything a lavish lifestyle requires. Downstairs is a sitting room, library, study, dining room and kitchen with a separate laundry room, and outside a large swimmingpool and a lounge area with grill and bar.
The house is cats and dogs ready.




I like mansions for my sims and have made a lot of them during the last decade, more for Sims 2 than 3 though. This is one of my more recent ones in Elizabethan style and made pretty fast, but it turned out okey. I have played four generations with the older version, which had a bigger house. It was not aesthetically pleasing so this is a fixed version and only briefly tested. I hope you like it!
