Rabbit Hole Combo: Gypsy Wagon with Criminal Hideout

Here is my other community lot combo, which I originally made for Sunset Valley because the Criminal Warehouse was glitching there. I had this tiny lot put into the cheap area of the neighbourhood together with a dirty junkyard, but have used it several times in other neighbourhoods as well.

I like the the tiny Rustler's Den that came with Pets as it takes so little room in a neighbourhood, and especially with this small 20x20 lot, where I put the gypsies as well.




Whenever I use this combo lot I usually also use my tiny Arboretum and Vault of Antiquity Combo on a 20x15 lot, which I shared in a previous download here on MTS. Please check my page for it.


The specifics of the lot:

Lot name: Rusty's Fortune Wagon

Lot type: No visitors allowed

In-game lot description: "Rusty's Fortune Wagon is a legitimate fortunetelling business, but the old shack beside it is a bit suspicious. Rumours tell it's used for criminal activities and goes by the name of Rustler's Den."

EPs and SPs required: Pets and Supernatural are obviously mandatory, while WA, Showtime and Ambitions are needed for the decor. There are three decorations from Showtime and the pile of tires are from Ambitions. They are of course optional and can be replaced with any junk you have in your game.

There is no CC or Store content on the lot!

I have played with the gameversion 1.67 since it came out, but I'm not sure if this lot was originally made with 1.63, because I don't remember when I created it in the first place.
