Box House NO CC- A simple but stylish home

The Box house is meant for a small family or young couple. The design is youthful but clean, with two bedrooms, a family bath, and master with ensuite. This build was meant for Oasis Springs, but will look great anywhere with a warm environment and plenty of contemporary flare. I usually do not build contemporary homes but this one was fun to make and has turned out to be one of my favorites. I hope you love it as much as I do.

I decided not to use CC for this build, so I will not be uploading a shell. Also I have a few Packs listed but for almost all build material and most of the furniture I stuck to Base Game objects, so if you don't have a pack it won't matter much.
