Modern Splendor was built on Bigger Builders Island and playtested in Sunset Valley.
This is a package file lot- Place in your library folder.


This is a base game modern 2Br, 2.5 Ba house. It's features include a one car garage, pool, exercise equipment, garden, and outdoor entertaining areas.


Note-CFE and moveobjects cheats were used in this build. Keep that in mind if you make alterations.
