Formerly "888 Spire" in the uptown area of San Myshuno,
666 Spire is now a standalone building freshly renovated to suit
the needs of a particularly spoiled coterie of scholarly vampires.



Hi hello! This is a vampire themed renovation of a Maxis lot called 888 Spire. Since it's no longer a high-rise it'll fit perfectly on a 20x15 lot.

Decorated in an imposing, gothic yet modern style, your vamps can enjoy the following amenities: 4 bedrooms (2 beds, 2 coffins), 4 bathrooms, a tiny fenced-in yard with a hot tub, tv and game console, a spacious pool underground, bar, sauna, 4 computers, chess table, treadmill, thermostat, fire alarm, yoga mats, closets, stereos, fireplaces, plasma fruit trees and so on.

Since the build was created with vampires in mind, only 2 of the 4 bedrooms contain toilets. Also since vampires have no use for plates and cutlery, the dining room table and various other surfaces have been repurposed for occult research and experimentation. The laptops in the living room and basement only work if you direct the sim to sit down in front of them first. I intended for them to be purely decorative, and every bedroom upstairs has its own desk with a computer that works without issue.

For best results, I recommend clicking a light to set all lights to be neutral or cool white and one or two ticks dimmer than maximum brightness.

The size is 20x15; lot traits are Fast Internet, Peace and Quiet and Registered Vampire Lair.
The lot is fully furnished, decorated and play tested and contains no CC.

bb.moveobjects was used during building so after placing the lot take a look if any of the dining table
clutter or doors are missing. If so, turn the bb.moveobjects cheat either on or off and try placing the lot again.
