Features:

  • Oh. And again about russian naming. "Ozero Fey" means "Fairies Lake".

Have used some CC for this building I recommend you but they are optionally to install :

General tips to place the lot
Building contains a lot of enlarged, reduced, climbed and move-object'ed items so don`t forget to turn bb.moveobjects on before place the lot. This time I can't stay away fom Bakie's animated objects. Fairy spirits looks pretty and teadrops falling from ceilings are very nice here and even has sound effects. But until they are not changing any lot features, they are just addition and not necassary. So if you don't like CC, just don't use it and ignore the message says you lost some items when place it. Screenshots were made at Windenburg's Countryside lot. It's the only district that has forest landscape and has not any street lighting. But you can place it at any lot you wish. It has two entrances at front and left side. That gives you advantage to place it on 30Ñ…40 or 40x30 lot.
All routes are walkable, objects are accessable. Was build and playtested in game version: 1.50.67.1020

Even this build is completely from my mind. There are Crowkeeper and Norn - girls who enspired me. Northeney with Treetops merged were causing this little fantasy. Actually I don't know how it had happened inside my head.
