This Victorian manor is the perfect mix of size and elegance. Entertain guests in the parlor or the formal dining room, visit with friends on the spacious veranda porch, or curl up with your favorite book in the study. Sims will absolutely fall in love with this beautiful house.
Finally, after working on this on and off for most of this month, I've finished this house. I based this off an old floor plan I found, but I did have to take some creative liberties (changed the function of some rooms, got rid of closets, split or merged a couple of rooms, etc). I've also placed three dozen invisible lights (that's not an exaggeration), in order to make it look like the lighting transfers between floors.
The roof does jut into one of the bedrooms a little, but it's not really going to impact gameplay besides the possible issue of placing items. Since it was a choice between keeping the roof from jutting in or having a nice looking roof, I let it slide. I haven't had issue placing items in that area besides clipping, and the dresser I've place in front of it worked fine when play-testing, but I felt I should still warn you.
The lower floor contains the parlor, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, and one bathroom, as well has two halls and a pantry between the dining room and kitchen. The upper floor contains the four bedrooms, the study, two halls, and the other two bathrooms. There is a half level between the two floors.
No custom content or store content is used in this build.
Edit: Turns out one item of store content was used (the mailbox).

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
