Carrer de Hebra, 8 is a home business for a couple. While the apartment lies upstairs, the shop is downstairs, currently a "Eurocasa". The shop has two cash registers, so it could be run by the couple together, or one of them with a hired staff member while the other takes care of the apartment. The shop has a spare room in the back that leads out to the private yard.

Note: In order to have Sims buy from the shop, you need to put the displays on sale. Sims will not buy the displays themselves, but rather groceries and other things from them.
