This lot consists of 6 houses on the one lot using the apartment life door to make a little subdivision. Sadly only 4 playable houses can be rented out but the other two get filled by npcs so you still get quite a bit of activity.
(for some reason in the hood view it comes up saying 5 houses to rent, not too sure why that is!) Have tested all houses and all are working fine. It's quite a lot of fun playing a little subdivision like this, you see a lot o activity going on and have plenty of visitors show up, I also love seeing the school bus arrive and all the children heading off together!

The uploaded lot has not had anyone in it so is a fully clean lot!

Each house is fully fenced, and has a fire and burgler alarm.
