Last upload this morning, might come back later this arvo to pop more on.

My challenge when I built this little starter was to make it exactly §20,000 and that is exactly what it is, §20,000 bang on the money!

This teensy lot has

2 Bedrooms
1 Bathroom
Kitchen/Dining
Living
Foyer (could be dinette, office, whatever you what!)
Little Garden

Enjoy!

Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price (furnished): 20,000
