Hello to all
This "villa" was built at the end of the 19th century on the model of the small castle and its turrets. Some modern amenities were brought, as well as a swimming pool inserted in the outdoor terrace.

It is located in a large wooded park, in height and enjoys a magnificent view of the surroundings.

A terrace encircles the entire villa, with the main entrance, an opening overlooking the pool, and an opening overlooking the back.

On the ground floor:
- a large lounge with a bar corner
- a reading/TV corner
- a dining room
- an equipped kitchen

On the 1st floor the landing serves:
- 2 children?s rooms
- 1 bedroom BB
- 1 master bedroom with dressing corner
- a large bathroom with toilet

On the 2nd floor the attic was converted into a children?s playroom, chess corner, sports corner
