29-07-2023: The butterflies of this mod seem to disappear after a few in-game seconds, there's nothing I can do about that at this moment. EA might have changed the way this VFX works unfortunately.

This file has been UPDATED on 16-01-2022 with the following things:
Catalog
- It can now be found in the Pond VFX section in build mode.
- Object's title has been updated with an invisible 'Bakie' Search-tag in the title.
This item can now also be found by typing Butterfly, Insect or Insects into the search bar.
- Object's description has been updated to new format.
- Object Thumbnail has been updated with (Animated) text adjustments.
- Object Thumbnail has been updated with a light green background color. This makes it more clear in the Pond VFX section that this object has to be placed on terrain. It can be used in multiple worlds.
- Price has been changed for better placement in the Pond VFX section.

Placeament:
- Object is now placeable on slopes, which makes it easier to place it above uneven (pond/ocean) floors.
- Object is now placeable on Pond Water Surfaces.
WHY: Despite the fact that these butterflies aren't water animals, I still enabled the 'placeable on water surfaces' option. The reason for this, is because maybe you want them to fly above the water, now you can make them without having to raise the object. You can cover the object with water lilies or water reed.
Please RE-DOWNLOAD and delete the old file!

Animated - Placeable Insects - Butterflies IL
This butterflies floor decal spawn a group of 4 butterfly species that can also be seen flying around as a group on Sulani, the world that came with the Island Living expansion pack.

By hovering over the object, an interaction symbol appears. When you click it, a 'View group of butterflies' interaction will appear.
When viewing, a custom thought balloon will appear showing a heart-shaped group of butterflies.
After the interaction has finished your Sim will get a custom happy buff that will last for 2 in-game hours.

To see the group of butterflies in motion, examples of the things mentioned above and a short explaination why I didn't include an invisible floor decal too, take a look at the video!

Object information:
This mod only requires the Base Game to work.
It's a Standalone object, so it won't override any other objects in game.
To easily find it, type 'Butterflies' into the search bar. If you have my Jungle Butterflies too, you obviously need the one mentioning Island Living.
You can also find it by going to the Pond VFX section.
It can be recognized by my "BakieGaming" icon in the lower right corner of the thumbnail.
The costs are: 2 Simoleons
