Tetris caravan - apartments - no CC

do you remember the block games? this apartment condo has some of that.
would you like to play with few neighbors?
These apartments are the ones for you, while not large, they are ideal for single Sims or those with loving aspirations.

the apartments, except the one in the back, are similar in design but different in floors and walls.
the distribution is shown below in the plan image.

each apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room.

A basketball court and dual ax throwers have been included on the rear sides for the Sims to have fun and develop skills.

Because the apartments are separate, you won't have to deal with awkward neighbors.
the rental range ranges from $ 1488 to $ 1902 (simoleons)
