Neighborhood templates for volcanic and tropical environment

If you want to place a house in the crater of a volcano, here is the ideal neighborhood template for this purpose, in addition to having a road plan suitable for the needs of creation, these templates are offered in two versions, one whose road plan is centered (VocanicValley) on the map and doesn't require a camera mod and the one initially mentioned (CrazyVolcanic) which does require a camera mod.

Where can you create and put beach lots ?

You can place and create beach lots in the areas indicated on the map included in this post, remember that beach lots are subject to modifications in the beach area in relation to the area of slope and distance from the road
The design of this template was created thinking of offering greater compatibility with different sizes of beach lots.
Apart from being able to create your beach lots with the game templates you can also use it with the following recommended beach lots.
