Did you finally decide to go green? Make an ecological impact in your game? Well here is a nice small starter for you. This lot for starters has been marked as off-the-grid. When you first approach the house, there is a smattering of green grass, some decorative rocks and pretty flowers. On the roof you can see turbines gently turning in the wind, generating power for your home as it sits atop a solar panel roof. Once inside, there is a small yet comfortable living room. A kitchen in a slightly separate room, attached is a small laundry room. There is also a small room off to the side of the living room that is perfect for fabrication, and will fit a fabrication machine as well as a candle making station if you choose. In the back is the Master Bedroom and Bath.
