This quaint little home keeps most of the lot space saved for a dedicated green-thumb. The yard is surrounded by flowers & trees, with of course the main feature being a modest greenhouse for year-round gardening.

Inside the house, the spiral staircase heads down into an "unfinished" (no furnishing, no paint) basement, and goes up into the loft bedroom with both a nice view of the yard's landscaping & the floor below. Each floor has its own bathroom, and the extra space the basement provides is a great spot either for expanding a sim's hobby, or even expanding the family with space for more beds.

The lot has been playtested using a copy. No sims have ever lived on the uploaded lot.
