Hey there, this lot here is another CC-FREE creation of mine, the urbandustrial lot! Based on the aging big city buildings that cluster close together, like in New York.

Although it is a community lot, I left it unfurnished besides lighting, exterior decor, and bits & bobs like pipes/vents. Because it has a lot of potential uses, I wanted to leave that open to your choosing. It can be an apartment lot with ground floor shopping using MogHughson's mod, or it can be apartments on their own. Possibly even be some sort of unconventional mansion-type house for a sim? It can also simply be a shopping community lot. Maybe even the shops have a secret speakeasy bar with gambling in the back building, or some party rooms with bubble blowers & DJs on the upper floors? Plus, it can work as hood deco if you plop down a few copies, then you got yourself a shopping district! I figured I would leave it unfurnished to make it more repeatedly functional.

No sims have ever lived on or visited this lot, I playtested a copy. All stairs/elevators/pathing are functional and usable by sims.
