This moderate sized Villa with ornate designed facades in yellow and white offers 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an indoor pool, and an observatory under a glass dome on the roof.

Ground Floor: This floor has an open plan, held in yellow colors with a Kitchen and island, dining and living area with fireplace and organ. There is also a powder room and the laundry room.

Basement: Indoor Pool with hot tub, lounge area, sauna, gym, massage room and a full bathroom.

The Second Floor contains all the bedrooms: Master bedroom designed in yellow tones and a generous sized master bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bath. There is also a hobby room for candle making, painting and flower arranging.

The Attic has an open floor plan as well and houses a study and game area, Video/Music Recording Room and a kid?s hobby area.

Observatory: within the glass dome on the roof you will find the observatory accessible via a ladder. There is a glass floor looking into the attic.
